How to divert all calls to voice-mail without the phone ringing on blackberry?

Can someone tell me how to divert all incoming calls to voice-mail without the phone ringing first.
Like what you would hear if the person you were calling had no signal. No rings, just straight to voice-mail.
But still being able to receive texts and send texts and roam the internet and call out too.

Go to APP World and look at the Call Blocker type apps and find one that does that. Or look at the call forward option (if your setting has one) and set it manually to forward all calls to your voicemail number.
