Help with USB 2.0 to IDE/SATA adapter?

Hi, I am trying to get my USB 2.0 to IDE/SATA adapter t owork with my windows vista powered laptop. The hard drive doesn’t show up under my computer, and under disk management it won’t let me configure is. Will someone please give me a link for the windows vista driver for this.

Did the adapter come with a driver for the ADAPTER? Vista SP1 should already be USB 2.0 qualified.

But that brings me to, is the laptop USB 2.0 qualified? Check the Device Manager under the USB section for ENHANCED.
